St. Patrick's Day 2013

This year St. Patrick's Day was on a Sunday.  So the Leprechaun left them all something that they could wear to church...with the exception of the moustaches but they were still WAY funny!  They definitely didn't get pinched!  Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!

 

 

 

 

 

Blue and Gold Banquet 2013

On February 16th our ward had their annual Blue and Gold Banquet.  It was so much fun because the lady in charge had a guy that she knew come and decorate with blown up balloons.  The kids LOVED it!!!  There were games and awards given out and a huge celebration for Cub Scouts.  Thanks for all the fun and all the hard work that everybody put into it!

There was a contest of who could blow the biggest bubble out of bubble gum and Kaylee won!

Carson's 9th Birthday

So this year Carson turned 9 years old.  He is growing so big and so smart.  He got a lot of clothes (frankly because he's growing so fast we can't keep him in them for very long) and shoes, games and a trunk to put all his "fun" things in to keep his brother out of them. 

We had grandparents over for presents and cake.  Carson loves Pokemon so that's what he got for a cake.

Since Carson's birthday is right after CHristmas we always felt it would be too much to ask his friends' parents to get a birthday gift for him.  So we waited to have his brithday party until January 26th.  We decided that we would take them to the Syracuse Family Fun Center.  They had a blast jumping on the bounce things but they mostly had a great time using the tokens to play games.  Lesson learned...take them to NickelCade next time!

Great friends, great times and great food make for a great birthday party!

Winter Fun

On January 10th, 2013 we decided to go have some winter fun with neighbors and cousins.  Our neighbors the Horton's and Jeff and Holly and their kids decided to go sledding at Syracuse High School.  We had so much fun.

Jr. Jazz Jazz Game

On January 7th, 2013 Curt and Carson, our friends Trent and his son Garrett and Joel and his son Micah all went to the Utah Jazz game for the Jr. Jazz.  They had a ton of fun!  What a great boys night out!
