Austin-isms

So here are a few miscellaneous pictures of Austin.

This was taken on April 13, 2011.  This is a WHOLE box of cereal that he decided to open.  Apparently I didn't feed him breakfast soon enough and he decided to do it himself down in the toy room (because he knew better).  That sneaky little devil.

This is when we were getting his used to going to sleep by just laying him down in bed instead of having him lay with us in our bed to go to sleep and then taking him to his bed.  This was the first night.  I went in to check on him and I couldn't find him anywhere.  Finally, a thought came to me to check his closet which was closed and this is what I found.  Obviously I couldn't open the door very far because his head is in the way.  He decided it was more comfortable to lay in his closet with the door closed and go to sleep there rather than in his bed.  We still have to check on him at night just to make sure that he's not asleep on the floor.

This is in July.  He didn't take a nap this day and so at the dinner table after everybody else had finished (we were making him stay there until he finished his sandwich) he decided that it was all too much and that sleep was more important.  Unfortunately we had to wake him up because it was still too early for bed.  He was not happy with us when we did that.  But he's still so cute when he sleeps!
