May 28th was Memorial Day this year. As is tradition we went and put pinwheels on the grandparents' graves.

This is the back of my dad's tombstone. Under the basketball it says "Coach" because he loved to coach basketball and did so many years of his life.

That is what Shelby called her when she was very little and it has stuck!
Days like this make me thankful for those who came before us and help make us who we are and who we can become!
