On Wednesday June 4th Shelby turned 10 years old. We can't believe that she's that old although for many years now she's acted as if she's 20! She is such a good kid and we are very proud of the woman that she's becoming. From the family she got a doll (which dad thought she was too old for but reluctantly agreed to), an MP3 player, a Nerf football (which dad was very happy to buy) and a book along with some clothes and other stuff.
Also this year was one of the years that she got tohave a friend party. We were going to have a water party but the weather decided not to cooperate with us. It wasn't rainy but it was just too cold to get that wet. So we just played games outside. It was very fun to see all the kids running around and goofing off. Much better outside than in my house! Shelby said that she had a great time and Curt and I were both exhausted when it was over!

I can't believe Shelby is 10 I still have to stop and think about that one! And you are right she is the best kid ever! Hope you make some great treats with your easy bake oven!

Happy birthday Shel! They are getting way too old Kirsten! Can't we make them slow down? I love all the pics you posted. We should get together and do a family outing again. We had so much bowling with you guys!
