So due to a late frost in the spring we lost a lot of our peach blossoms on our peach trees. So because of this the peaches that did make it were HUGE. Here is an example of what kind of peaches we had this year. I didn't want to can ANY of them since we had a TON last year so we just cut them up and froze them for smoothies and peach crisp, etc. I was just amazed at how big they were.
